Michael Hoffler

Michael Hoffler has more than twenty years
of Sales and Marketing experience in the high-tech industry.
He has played a central role in building sales forces and
establishing market presences for three CRM companies. Having
joined all three companies as one of the earliest employees,
he helped drive their growth from initial launch through expansion.
Mr. Hoffler's extensive experience also
includes senior sales positions at Sage Software Corporation
(the makers of Sage CRM SalesLogix and ACT! software) and
Onyx Software. For both, he was essential in establishing
key business relationships. During his tenure at Sage Software,
he helped launch the Sage CRM SalesLogix product nationally.
Prior to co-founding Customer Systems,
Mr. Hoffler was the Director of Sales (Western United States)
for Neteos Software. He also formerly served as the Director
of Sales and Marketing for Rankin Technology Group in Phoenix,
Arizona.
Mr. Hoffler holds a Bachelor of Science
in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
Jennifer
Carnie > Partner
Jennifer Carnie has twelve years of experience
in CRM sales, product management, and high-tech training.
Prior to co-founding Customer Systems, she worked for Sage
Software.
Ms. Carnie started at Sage Software (the
makers of Sage CRM SalesLogix and ACT!) creating and maintaining
curriculum for the certification and training of the SalesLogix
worldwide partner channel. She later developed and managed
an industry-leading sales engineering team, which helped establish
SalesLogix as one of the top three CRM vendors in the United
States. As a technical sales engineer, she was instrumental
in closing the first sales in Europe and Asia Pacific. Working
hand-in-hand with the professional services team, she was
also responsible for ensuring smooth transitions from sales
to implementation.
In her role as Senior Product Manager,
Ms. Carnie managed the globalization of the Sage CRM SalesLogix
products for both the Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific
regions.
Before joining Best, Ms. Carnie held Training
Specialist and Operations Manager positions at Training a
la Carte, a professional and executive software training company.
Ms. Carnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology from the University of Arizona. |
