New Office - The construction of our new space near Indian Bend and Hayden is scheduled to be finished very soon! It was a little dusty while I was taking these photos, but I guess that's a sign of hard work. We'll soon have our new training room, so get ready for some Sage Lunch-n-Learns and other valuable classes we'll be offering.

Sage CRM SalesLogix Helps GuideOne Insurance Manage Corporate Sales and Multiple Agency Activities
Sage Software announced that GuideOne Insurance, one of the nation's largest insurers of churches and faith-based institutions, has centralized corporate sales and external agency management using Sage CRM SalesLogix. GuideOne has continually expanded CRM functionality throughout its organization to departments handling sales, call center, agency support, underwriting and home office activities. The company currently has 50 Sage CRM SalesLogix users utilizing the solution both on-premises and remotely via the Web and wireless devices.

SalesLogix Tips-n-Tricks:

Working with Addresses The arrow button next to the Address box on the Contact and Account Detail views allows you to select from multiple addresses for that record or add or edit addresses. A quick way to edit an address is to click in the address field and simply begin typing. The Edit Address dialog box automatically opens for that address.
Refreshing the SalesLogix Client Pushing the F5 key refreshes a view and reloads data for the current form only. If any changes are pending, you will be prompted to save changes. Pushing Ctrl+F5 forces the SalesLogix Client to do a complete database reload.
